Yes, I have raised more funds than any other candidate in this race, but let me be clear: the average contribution to my campaign is under $50. This support comes from dozens of my colleagues and neighbors who want to see real change and are committed to a better, more inclusive Bennington. This is grassroots funding—real people investing in a future they believe in.
I’m proud to say that my campaign has been built on careful planning, diligent budgeting, and the support of a dedicated, unpaid team of three volunteers. Their work, combined with my commitment to listening to those with real-life experience in our community, has allowed us to run a strong, honest campaign.
The strong relationships I’ve developed with current members of the Select Board, town staff, and community leaders are grounded in collaboration and forward-thinking solutions. I’m not here to maintain the status quo—I’m here to listen to everyone, work together, and implement new ideas that will move us forward.
